Particle Technology can offer you two different high quality brands of sieve on the market.

Madison Filter

Madison Filter is the most comprehensively calibrated test sieve available on the market. Madison Filter has developed a unique range of high quality traceable precision test sieves for the pharmaceutical, food and fine processing industries.

The meshes for the range of sieves have been pre-selected to give an actual aprture size, as close as possible to the normal size in both ISO and ASTM sieve series. Features of the precision test sieves include:

• Aperture sizes from 20 µm - 3.35mm
• Over 80% of the apertures analysed
• True sizes, not wire spacing form of measurement
• All sieves individually calibrated
• Actual size very close to nominal size

Precision E Forming Test Sieves

Another sieve offered to you by Particle Technology is the precision E forming sieve series. The sieves and sieve material exceeds all ASTM, ANSI, ISO and FEPA standards. Sieves and sieve material are available in a variety of sizes. There is the option of using standard sieve ring sizes or we can suit your individual customer requirements. Particle Technology Ltd has the facility to provide you with any type of geometric opening whether this be round, square, slotted or custom shaped.

Precision E forming sieves provide a high quality nickel, copper and gold mesh with up to 2000 lines per inch and 90% transmission. Sieves can be produced in 1µm increments with hole sizes 3µm to 2000µm tolerances. The tables shown are just a few of the geometries, thicknesses and lines per inch acheivable. All product features can be custom made to your specific needs.
