Bulk Powder Properties
Particle Technology Ltd have the facilities for the manipulation of powder properties by measuring, adjusting and controlling the particle size distribution using various processes.
Using our laboratory and pilot plantfacilities we can produce R&D quantities of products for trials and ongoing production lots if required.
Available plant includes high speed pin mills, hammer mill, cone crusher, ball mills, continuous flow vibratory ball mill, planetary mill, air classifier and multideck sieving machine. In addition we have helical screw blenders and high shear mixer for the dissolution of solids or liquid mixing.
Processing of custom supplied materials can be conducted on a contract basis within certain batch size limitations.
