Component Cleanliness Testing - Laboratory Service

Particle Technology offer a fast, efficient and most importantly accurate component cleanliness checking service.

The requirements of all common cleanliness standards can be met, such as ISO 16232 and VDA 19 also standards from companies such as Volvo, Scania, Cummins, Renault, Daimler and JCB have also been tested to. 

The laboratory is equipped with a rinse cabinet capable of rinsing with water based or solvent based media, high accuracy balances and two high accuracy automated microscopes. All cleanliness equipment is housed within our separate clean area to ensure that contamination is minimised. 

If contamination is found then the particulates can be accurately identified using our XRF analyser.  This invaluable tool can be used ot help problem solve when the source of contamination is cannot be identified.
