New Component Cleanliness Cabinet

Particle Technology has developed a new Component Cleanliness Rinse Cabinet. Using our experience as a laboratory performing cleanliness tests every day, we know what features are critical in the design of a rinse cabinet.

The new cabinets can be custom built for customer requirements to include bespoke jigs for holding components or extra-large cabinets for large test items. 

The design of the new cabinet includes the following improvements:
•All stainless steel construction, compatible with water based or solvent based rinse fluid.
• Stainless steel pipework employing ‘hygenic’ technology on all fittings to ensure there are no particulate traps.
• Digitally controlled pump for improved control, repeatability and accuracy for pressure and flow.
• Automated rinse control allows users to select the volume of fluid for the rinse process, that volume will then be delivered automatically – every time.
• Twin in-line stainless steel filter housings ensure that background contamination is incredibly low.
• Enclosed rinse area with filtered positive pressure fans to ensure a clean rinse area.
