Atomizer Aerosol Generator ATM 211 for aerosol generation from liquids against counter pressure up to 10 bar, compressed air operated, corrosion-resistant
The ATM 211 is a pressure-resistant atomizer aerosol genertor, which provides test aerosols with defined characteristics.
The device is compressed air driven. It has a robust and compact design. By operating the ATM 211, aerosols can be produced and supported into pressurised applications (up to 10 bar). All components of the device are made of stainless steel.
Atomizer Aerosol Generator ATM 210/H for aerosol generation from liquids against counter pressure up to 10 bar, compressed air operated, high mass flow rate
The Atomizer Aerosol Generator ATM 210/H is used especially for nebulizing of test aerosols into pressurized vessels up to 10 bar.
Its design ensures the generation of highly stable particle size distribution and concentration with high reproducibility and a high aerosol output in accordance with the guideline VDI 3491-2.
Atomizer Aerosol Generator ATM 210 for aerosol generation from liquids against counter pressure up to 10 bar, compressed air operated, moderate mass flow rate
The Atomizer Aerosol Generator ATM 210 is used especially for nebulizing of test aerosols into pressurized vessels up to 10 bar.
Its design ensures the generation of highly stable particle size distribution and concentration with high reproducibility and a high aerosol output in accordance with the guideline VDI 3491-2.
Condensation Fog Generator CFG 291 for fog generation to visualise air flows according to ISO 14644-3
The mobile fog generator CFG 291 is used to generate a highly visible, stationary fog for visualising air flows. It combines the handy design of the previous model CFG 290 with optimised fluid guidance and a specially developed evaporator.
The fog generator is primarily used for the initial acceptance and routine inspections of cleanroom systems in accordance with the standard series ISO 14644 or guideline VDI 2083-3 in order to detect leaks in the transition areas of cleanroom elements, to prove the presence of laminar displacement flow or to visualise the overpressure level of cleanrooms.
Atomizer Aerosol Generator ATM 221/D for aerosolisation of suspensions
The ATM 221/D Atomizer Aerosol Generator serves for the generation of aerosols from liquids, especially from suspensions.
The generation of polydisperse aerosols with increased quantities of supermicron particles (≥ 1 µm) is typically done by dust generators. An elegant and more precise alternative to dry dispersion is the aerosolisation of suspensions with subsequent drying. In light of this, the ATM 221/D was especially developed for the calibration and validation of PM sensors.
Test System VCT 121 for emission characterisation of vacuum cleaners (EN 60312)
The VCT 121 test system is designed for tests on vacuum cleaners (vac) for household or small business use according to the standard EN 60312.
For emission tests the suction air is prepared with a dust concentration of 550 mg/m³ and passed directly into the hose of the vac.
For dust retaining tests the suction air is prepared with a dust concentration of 100 mg/m³ in the inlet channel (mixing tube) described in the standard.
