Test System DHP 145 for testing tightness and leackage for a high diversity of components and devices
With Leak Test Systems of series DHP 145 it is possible to test tightness against over and low-pressure of components of different dimensions and shapes. The leak rate is determined depending on pressure.
The test rig is working at test air temperatures from -40°C up to 120°C. A heat exchanger protects the measurement instrumentation against damages because of too low or high temperatures during low pressure operation. For external connection the test rig has a test air adapter, a pressure measurement port as well as a temperature sensor which have to be connected with the test sample. All connecting lines are 2 m long so that the sample can be in a climatic chamber during the test. The whole inscpection process is carried out primarily automatic and is controlled by means of the PC-based software DHPWin.
Test System CST 117/M for dusting solar cell modules according to VDI 3956-1
The test system CST 117 serves laboratory testing according to VDI 3956 (Test method for the dust soiling behaviour of solar energy systems).
This includes tests on the behaviour of glass surfaces under the influence of dusting, changing air humidity and glass temperature and the resulting condensation effects as well as cleaning by wind.
Experiments on other test specimens exposed to these environmental conditions are also possible.
BBT 143 test system for the characterisation of the oil content in blow-by gases at engine test systems
The BBT 143 Blow-By Test System is a compact measuring system for the determination of the oil droplet content of crankcase gases (blow-by) at engine test rigs.
It combines the precision of a gravimetric measurement of the Gravimetric Measuring System GMS 141 with the time resolution of an optical concentration measurement of the Process Aerosol Photometer PAP 610.
Additionally, the Process Aerosol Photometer PAP 612 provides the opportunity to measure oil films and oil gushes in pipes e.g. at tilt test stands.
ALF 114 filter test system for general air filters according to ISO 16890, EN 779, ASHRAE 52.2
The ALF 114 Filter Test System has been developed especially for air filter testing according to standards ISO 16890, EN 779 and ASHRAE 52.2. Topas can fall back to a long-standing expertise in the field of construction and installing of filter test systems. Since 1995 we have been developing, manufacturing, and installing particle filtration test rigs compliant to standards and user-defined specifications. Test parameters include differential pressure drop, gravimetric efficiency, fractional efficiency and dust holding capacity.
In the ALF 114 filter test stand the filter samples can be easily installed into the rotatable and movable duct sections. A filtrated air flow is loaded with particles. In this way information about the efficiency of the filters will be obtained. With these results the filter samples can be rated and classified.
AFS 155 Test System for oil thread leak test of HEPA filter according to ISO 29463-4 (EN 1822-4)
The oil thread test mentioned in ISO 29463-4 (1822-4), annex A is used for visual proof of the absence of leakage of HEPA filters. This simple quality test procedure may be an alternative to the scan method.
The oil thread test (DOP Test) is also applicable if the scan method is not fully applicable because of the filter design (e.g. V-shaped arrangements).
AFS 152 Test System for manual scan testing of HEPA and ULPA filters according to ISO 29463-4 (EN 1822-4) and ISO 29463-5 (EN 1822-5)
Main purpose of this air filter test system is determination of HEPA and ULPA air filter quality in terms of manufacturer production control.
In its standard configuration the Manual Filter Scanner is adapted to an existing filter test bench. Aerosol generation is done by the Topas atomizer aerosol generator ATM 226 using standard DEHS test liquid. For upstream concentration measurement an optical particle counter is used in combination with cascaded self-adjusting dilution systems DIL 540. A scanning probe with a sophisticated x-y coordinating system is moved manually for downstream scanning of full filter area as well as filter frame. Same optical counter is used for downstream concentration measurement by using a sample switching unit SYS 520.
